These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from FaraLens. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price or description was published in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We make every effort to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently between screens, and frame measurements may vary slightly between production batches. Lifestyle and model photography is illustrative of styling and is not a literal record of a specific item.

4. Availability

Listed availability is not a guarantee of stock. Where an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

5. Sunglasses and eye protection

Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear intended for general sun protection. They are not prescription eyewear, not protective equipment, and are not intended for direct observation of the sun, for use as safety glasses, or for any activity requiring certified protective eyewear.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, imagery, and branding — is owned by or licensed to FaraLens and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Accounts and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
