Where we ship

We currently ship to Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Rates

Standard shipping: $9.90 to every destination we serve.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more — applied automatically at checkout, in every country we ship to.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Israel and 7–14 business days internationally. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If tracking is available for your service, it will be included in that email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are your responsibility as the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount. Refusing a parcel to avoid customs charges does not entitle you to a full refund; any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
